At Dilaraa, we aim to process your orders quickly and efficiently.
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message.

Dilaraa ships across most major cities in India through trusted and reputed courier partners.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹1599
- For orders placed using the partial payment option, the ₹50 advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are shipped from our nearest warehouse within 3–5 business days, depending on product availability.
- Once dispatched, delivery may take an additional 2–6 business days.
- The total delivery time is typically 3–10 business days within India, excluding the date the order was placed.

Items restricted by courier regulations may take additional time to deliver. In rare cases, such orders may need to be cancelled if delivery is not possible.
