At Dilaraa Brand, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and invoice must be intact.
  • Products must be free from scratches, stains, deformities, perfume, or any damage.
  • Gift wrapping services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Orders placed using a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items received as an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange (Within 3 Days)

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery only in the following cases:

Damaged Item Exchange with the same item
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the same item
Size Issue Exchange with the same variant

Note: Returns for refunds are not applicable unless explicitly approved under exceptional circumstances.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirements

To ensure fair processing, the following proofs are compulsory:

For Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed tamper-proof package to the fully opened contents.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

For Missing Items

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.

For Size Issues

  • A post-wear image is mandatory to process the exchange request.

Requests without required proof will not be approved.

4. Quality Check Process

  • All returned/exchanged products go through a strict quality inspection.
  • Items not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected.
  • Rejected items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

5. Price Difference & Exchange Value

  • If the new product costs more than the original product, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
  • Discounted prices are not applicable during exchange.
  • Exchanges are calculated based on the original product price (actual MRP).
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a gift card of the same value will be issued.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers must ship the product via a local courier service at their own expense.
  • Returns/exchanges typically take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse.
  • Processing begins only after successful quality verification.

7. Important Information

  • Dilaraa Brand reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Dilaraa Brand may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
